Anneliese Louise van der Pol is the American born Dutch actress and singer - is an Dutch national. Her most well-known work is her roles in the theatre as well for her role as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel as well as Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol (American Female) is a Dutch-based actor and singer best well-known for her characters in the TV series That's So Raven. In 2006 she recorded her own cover of the iconic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon for an edition of Disneymania. She also recorded a number of tracks from the show as well as A Change in Me.
